The Experience – A Lochside Yoga Retreat in Scotland

This yoga retreat at Lochwood House is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a quieter, more nourishing pace.

Set in a secluded lochside location surrounded by water, woodland, and open skies, the retreat is designed for rest, gentle movement, and reconnection — with yourself and with nature. There is no pressure to perform, no packed schedule, and no expectations. Just time, space, and a supportive environment to unwind.

Whether you’re feeling burnt out, craving stillness, or simply ready for a change of scenery, this weekend offers the chance to reset in a calm, welcoming setting.

The weekend will be led by Joni Brown, a seasonal yoga teacher & embodiment coach based in Lochgoilhead.

With over a decade of experience in teaching yoga and embodiment, Joni is passionate about guiding others on a journey to self- discovery and reconnection with their life purpose.

Her approach is therapeutic in nature, combining practices such as yoga, qigong, somatic movement, breath-work and mindfulness. This is designed to reveal the body’s innate intelligence—supporting you to create a healthier, balanced, and more meaningful life.
